Dr. Lu was awarded a scholarship to attend the University of Central Florida for medical school, where her commitment to excellence and service to others stood out early on. She went on to complete a rigorous integrated plastic surgery residency at the University of Texas, where she received extensive hands-on training in both reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.
During residency, Dr. Lu pursued advanced training in breast reconstruction at the prestigious MD Anderson Cancer Center, working alongside some of the nation’s leading experts in oncologic reconstruction. She also trained in aesthetic surgery under world-renowned plastic surgeons in Houston, refining her skills in facial rejuvenation, body contouring, and cosmetic breast surgery at the highest level.
