Johanna Young, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant and SDPA Diplomate Fellow specializing in medical, surgical, and aesthetic dermatology. Prior to specializing in dermatology, she practiced as a physician assistant in plastic and reconstructive surgery. She draws on this experience to provide comprehensive, patient-centered dermatologic care with a focus on both skin health and aesthetic outcomes.

Johanna is passionate about patient education and helping individuals feel confident in their skin through every stage of life. Born and raised in South Florida, she has a special interest in preventing and treating the effects of sun (UV) exposure on skin health, including skin cancer and visible signs of aging.

Outside of work, Johanna enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, golfing, reading, and relaxing with her sweet beagle, Lucy, who was adopted from Triangle Beagle Rescue.
