Melanie Herman

Melanie is the Product Specialist and Esthetician in our Hickory/Tate Blvd. Building #100 location. She and her husband Jerry were married in 1997 and they have no children. Melanie has been in healthcare for over 30 years and joined Piedmont Plastic Surgery & Dermatology in January 2016. She became a licensed Esthetician as skincare has always been a passion of hers.

Brandy Green

Brandy is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has worked in esthetics for more than 10 years. She loves working with patients and helping them feel better in their own skin. In her spare time, Brandy likes hanging out at home with her husband and young daughter.

Kathryn Norris

Kat is our Product Specialist in our Shelby location. She has been with Piedmont Plastic Surgery and Dermatology for over 5 years and has over 7 years' experience in the cosmetic industry and medical field; she is a skincare enthusiast that is driven by real results and genuine care. She is passionate about making her patients feel confident,happy, and well taken care of. In her spare time, she enjoys thrifting and spending time with her dog, Stella.

Ashley Hawkins

Ashley is our Product Specialist at our Hickory/ Tate 200 building. She has been with Piedmont Plastic Surgery and Dermatology since 2019 and has been in the medical field for over 20 years. She loves working with patients and providing them with superior skin care products. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and their dog, Ollie.

Brittany Neal

Brittany is an esthetician with over six years of experience and a true passion for helping people feel confident in their own skin. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong appreciation for personalized skincare and believes that no two individuals are the same—everyone deserves a tailored approach that helps them achieve healthy, radiant results. Brittany is dedicated to staying up to date on the latest treatments, products, and techniques to provide the best possible care and guidance to her patients.

She believes that healthy, glowing skin can have a meaningful impact on both confidence and overall well-being, and she takes pride in creating a welcoming, comfortable environment where patients feel heard and supported in their skincare journey.

Outside of the office, Brittany enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and snowboarding with her husband and their daughter. Whether exploring new places or simply enjoying time together, she loves making lasting memories and embracing new adventures as a family.
